Working under our Quality Manager, the Internal Quality Assurance Officer will be responsible for managing a stream of operational learning initiatives within our core business, which fits in with our wider business strategy. Not only does the role require the individual to look after the awarding body programmes as delivered within our core remit, but the opportunity to dedicate time and effort to ensure delivery quality is at peak performance amongst staff.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing people and Internal Quality Assurance. They will be self-motivated and highly organised. They will also be able to contribute new ideas to ensure the company’s growth.

Joining us as an Assessor in Electrical Installation, you will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of NVQ’s, Technical Certificates and other relevant Qualifications to meet awarding body requirements and apprenticeship frameworks including the coordination of all assessments.
We are looking for enthusiastic, resilient and highly motivated individuals, it is desired that you have an Assessor qualification (A1, TAQA, D32) although this can be provided by us so long as you have the relevant industrial knowledge and experience and a Level 3 Qualification (or equivalent) in Advanced Craft in relevant Engineering trade. You will be experienced and be a strong team player with excellent communication skills.
