In-Comm Training launches of ‘Equip your Future’ Campaign

in-comm training apprenticeships Welcome to our centres of excellence. We have three state-of-the-art training centres at Aldridge, Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury with 65,000 sq ft of dedicated training space for 100’s of apprentices. These world-class training hub’s could be home to your first steps towards an exciting career in engineering and manufacturing. 750 young people and mature learners are already completing one of 40 different trailblazer Apprenticeships here and the good news is…industry needs you! In-Comm Training currently has over 100 vacancies available at world class manufacturers and ambitious SMEs that we are looking to fill, and we need people excited to be the engineers of the future. To help us recruit and attract the future talent pool, we’ve launched Equip your Future, a month-long campaign that will look to highlight what a good route an Apprenticeship can be for school leavers and people considering changing career. During the four weeks, we’ll explore some of the job roles, dispel some of myths and get feedback from apprentices who are currently going through their training. We’ll also explain why the vocational route is just as good as going to University and give you a sneak peak of the types of technology you can learn on.  There will also be time to show you some of the products our apprentices have been involved in, ranging from parts for ventilators and face masks to components for Formula 1 cars and the next generation of electric vehicles. So, it’s time to get involved and for you to consider an Apprenticeship as the first step in getting your career started.
