World Class Technical Academy Launch Announced

23rd March 2018 marks the opening of our new Technical Academy in Aldridge.

The £1.5m extension will more than triple the size of our facility, creating an additional 16,000 sq ft of advance manufacturing space, which will be fitted out with world class CNC machine tools, automation, a robotics line, fluid power stations and a dedicated electrical and electronics section.

This hub will help SMEs gain access to application engineers and state-of-the-art technology that will help them to prototype, develop new products and process map manufacturing cells prior to installing them into their factories.

You will be the first people in industry to tour the Technical Academy, view live machine demos and chat to our expert trainers on how you can make the most of Trailblazer apprenticeships, upskilling opportunities and equipment that has been specified by manufacturers to unlock their potential.
