ISO 9001 is an international standard providing organisations with a framework to run an effective Quality Management System. It can be adopted by any organisation to provide their products and services in a consistent way whilst enhancing customer satisfaction.
The aim of this one day course is to provide a greater understanding on ISO 9001:2015 giving individuals the benefits of a process-based management system. An awareness of the changes from ISO 2001:2008 to 2015 and how the standard can be used as a framework for managing risk and for continual improvement.
