Skills provision is changing and we want to give you an insight into how you can play your role in developing the Marches Centre of Manufacturing Technology (MCMT) and equip our manufacturers with the people they need to be globally competitive.
As an important stakeholder, we want you to join us at the launch meeting at Classic Motor Cars at 9am on Wednesday 7th December 2016, where we will share our vision for creating over 2300 apprentices and offering personal development opportunities for more than 500 people.
Building work on the £2.9m centre in Bridgnorth is now underway and, once complete, will provide the perfect high-tech environment for individuals to learn on the latest equipment and benefit from learning that they can immediately apply to the shop floor.
The Marches LEP has responded to manufacturing’s call for more dedicated provision, now it’s our turn to ensure we give it the backing and expertise needed to make the MCMT a success that benefits both local people and industry.
