Q: if I have completed my GCSE’s and am currently in further education, can I join an apprenticeship.
YES! You can continue your education via an apprenticeship route, if you have already completed your education including sixth form or college you can still apply.

Q: Is there an age limit?
No anyone can apply after completing their GCSE’s.
Q: Do I need to find my own work placement/job?
NO! We have over 100 companies who are looking to recruit an apprentice immediately
Q: What sectors does In-Comm offer apprenticeships in?
Engineering, Manufacturing, Welding, Warehousing, business Admin, Customer Service, safety, health & Environmental
Q: What level is the apprenticeship?
Our apprenticeships start at Level 2 or Level 3 and you may be able to continue through to a degree
Q: What are the entry requirements for me to join?
We ask for a minimum of grade 4 in English and Maths
Q: What if I did not achieve your minimum grades?
You can still join an apprenticeship, but you will be required to pass functional skills in English and maths at level 2
Q: Will I get paid?
YES! You will be paid by your employer at least the National Apprenticeship wage, throughout your apprenticeship including the times you are training.
Q: How does the apprenticeship training work
All training is provided by In-Comm depending on job role – see vacancy list.
Q: How long does the apprenticeship last?
From 12 months – 4 years depending on which apprenticeship route you choose.
Q: What happens when I have completed my apprenticeship?
Upon successfully completing your apprenticeship you will have achieved your industry recognised qualification and on your way to a fulfilling career with your employer
