Apprentice Ambassador
We sat down with Reece Cope to find why he chose to do an apprenticeship with In-Comm Training.
What apprenticeship programme are you on?
I’m currently studying Mechatronics, whilst working for Alucast, an award-winning aluminium foundry supplying fully machined components to the automotive, hydraulics and off-highway sectors.
Why did you choose an apprenticeship with In-Comm?
Once I received my job offer from Alucast, I was sent to In-Comm to obtain my apprenticeship qualification and receive the best industry training.
In-Comm was chosen due to its Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ rating and for its reputation in delivering both high quality academic and practical learning.
How has In-Comm supported you during your time on the programme?
My tutors at In-Comm have helped me understand each unit, giving me an in-depth understanding of Mechatronics. If I ever face a challenge within the workplace or during training, I know the trainers and assessors will always offer the right support and guidance.
I would recommend In-Comm as a training provider because the staff are dedicated to helping you succeed.
What would you like to do following the completion of your programme?
I would like to continue training with In-Comm on the HNC programme to further my learning and continue gaining industry experience, which will help widen my career opportunities.
