In-Comm Training will work with existing and new clients to help them access the programme, identifying potential job roles, creating a pool of talent and delivering accredited Level 1 qualifications to the individual.
Funding available for each job will cover the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours per week, plus the associated employer National Insurance contributions and employer minimum automatic enrolment contributions.
There will also be support available to give people new skills and to help them move into sustained employment after they have completed their Kickstart job.
Through the scheme, you’ll be able to access a large pool of young people with potential, ready for an opportunity and eager to support your recovery from Covid-19.
How we can help?
It’s the all-round package companies have come to expect from us. We’ll talk with firms to ensure they understand what is involved from the Kickstart programme and our expert advisers will identify potential jobs the young people can fulfil.
